Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your pre-loved finds! Because our items are carefully curated and unique, we offer a flexible return policy so you can shop with peace of mind.
If an item doesn't quite fit or suit, you are welcome to return it for a store credit.
Our 5-Day Return Conditions
To qualify for a store credit, please ensure your return meets the following criteria:
  • 5-Day Notification: You must inspect your item and notify us via email within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were supplied to you.
  • Return Freight: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue credit for items lost in transit.

For hygiene reasons, shapewear and intimate garments cannot be returned for change of mind, fit or suitability. This does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Returns & Imagery policy.

About Our Pre-Loved Collection
All items in our store are pre-loved and sold as described. We do our absolute best to select high-quality pieces without damage. However, minor signs of wear and tear may exist due to the vintage or secondhand nature of the garments. These are clearly described in our listings and are not considered product faults.

Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
Our 5-day change-of-mind policy is offered as a voluntary gesture of goodwill. This policy does not affect or limit your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which applies fully in the rare event of a genuine, undisclosed product fault.

About Our Imagery

Each garment is photographed individually. To help you visualize the fit, we use digital modeling and ghost-model technology against plain backgrounds. Please note that minor variations in colour, drape, and appearance may occur between the digital screen image and the actual item due to studio lighting, AI generation, and varying device monitor settings.

Please note: some product photos feature styled looks with multiple garments. Only the item listed in the product title is included in your purchase. Additional pieces are shown for styling purposes only.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 still apply for any item that is genuinely faulty or misdescribed.
